I have been very fortunate to receive ‘at the bench’ training from two brilliant teachers and highly talented jewellers, Craig Stuart and Malcolm Appleby.

I am forever grateful to them for sharing their knowledge, skills and experience with me.

My business has developed as my children have grown older, working part time for years, supplying shops and going to craft fairs and markets, I made the scary jump into full time self employment in 2019.

I have never been happier in my working life!

My work is inspired by nature, by the views and scenery around Dunkeld, which are constantly changing with the seasons and the weather.

I try not to plan my work too much, I like it to form itself - I walk my dog every day before work and am interested how the weather and topography of my walk is often reflected in the pieces I make.
