Chris _____ (‘Demetriou Studios’)

Chris moved to Birman in 2022 from his home town of Nottingham and hasn’t looked back since.

After he moved he bought a lathe and started turning vases and tea light holders. Since then, he has branched out into bowls, bookmarks, magic wands, vases, pots, clocks, kitchenware, and plenty more.

He works with a variety of locally sourced windfall and recycled woods, using a range of techniques to create unique pieces: from large rustic oak bowls full of cracks and live edges to highly polished, ornate jewellery boxes.

Chris loves what he does and is always looking for new and interesting challenges in his work.
